If I'm not happy with my results. Can I get a refund?: We will try to locate the individual you are seeking. However, we are limited by the amount and accuracy of the information that you provide us. Moreover, we are accessing records controlled by third parties and reporting the results to you. Since it costs us money every time we perform a search, you are paying for our service not the results. We value your business and would like to ensure your satisfaction. How do I fix incorrect  information found in a report?: U.S. Info Search LLC is not a consumer reporting agency and provides records found in Government archives and other public & private data sources. We access records controlled by third parties and report the results to you. In the event errors are found in this data, we will work with you to correct them through the supplier. Please contact our Customer Service at 614-322-9992  for further assistance if you believe this may be the case. Documentation of the order along with evidence that the record is not accurate will be necessary.
